Frequently asked questions
Do I need a microphone?
For a live conversation, yes: any up-to-date browser with a microphone works, and headphones help. Or type your answers instead.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Free accounts include one practice interview a month. Paid plans include more.
Are the questions tailored to me?
Yes. Naledi asks about the job you choose (its advert, if you saved it on Honde) and about your CV.
What feedback do I get?
A score out of 100, what went well, what to work on, and for each answer what worked, what didn't and a stronger way to say it, using your own experience.
Is my voice recorded?
No. During a live interview your voice streams to the AI model (OpenAI's realtime model on Microsoft Azure) so Naledi can hear and answer you; it isn't kept. Honde keeps the written transcript for your feedback. Your camera, if you turn it on, is only shown to you.
Can Naledi see me?
No. Turning on your camera shows you to yourself, like a video call, so you can practise how you come across. The picture never leaves your browser.
